To Live & Breathe: Women & Environmental Justice

These are the places where we live, work, play, and pray; the places where women in Washington, DC have gathered to build movements for environmental justice. I lead a small team with a limited budget as we found creative and colorful ways to bring these experience to life at the Anacostia Community Museum. With seven unique low-tech interactive experiences, we enjoyed close collaboration with the fabricator, and engaged in a lot of simple collaborative prototyping. I am most proud of projects like this with low budgets, a dedicated team, and meaningful community stories. Work completed with team at G&A and partners at Smithsonian's ACM.
